This is a dream role designed specifically for two types of people:
a) A junior sales person with proven sales success who is looking to take his/her sales career to the next level of performance and pay.
b) An aspiring salesperson who has a high aptitude for sales and wants to learn sales the “right way” from expert sales mentors within a proven training system.

We are  currently building out our organization and need to add  two amazing people  to our  Real Estate Acquisitions Department    – we are in the Real estate investment business, a company who purchases homes for cash.( As seen on  A&E Flip That House, Flipping Vegas )

We have a proven system for generating HOT ready to sell leads and we have an off the hook process for converting them into highly profitable real estate investments.

You will be a valued member of our team whose role is to build positive relationships with home owners looking to sell their home. Your job? Interact with sellers, understand their needs wants and desirers,  identify their problems and come up with a unique solution based on our Home Selling system “ the Easy Way Out”.  The ultimate goal is to  make an all cash offer and purchase  the home  at a fair amount- making it a win-win.

This is a very important and unique position…..a blend of  relationship builder with great people skills, an “effective communicator and persuader” and closer  who works at a faster then average pace, who can juggle multiple clients  and someone who CAN CLOSE.

In other words, we are looking for a Rock Star , “Sales Superstar” who can buy homes on our behalf.

My goal is to fill this role with  two amazing people that  can work with us for  many years to come, providing you with a stable, fulfilling, and rewarding way for you to contribute your gifts to the world.

You’ll  work alongside, and learn from, top sales professionals that have helped grow our company from $0M in revenue to over $4M .  We’re the leader in our rapidly growing All Cash Home Buying niche.

We’re growing quickly…in large part due to the success of our sales systems, sales training and superstar sales team. If you think you’re the best, it’s time to join the best (and you must also have a constant desire to get BETTER, too).

Before I describe what this role entails, here are three quick points:

1) THIS IS NOT A LAME “PHONE SALES REP” GIG.  You know what I mean…The gig where every day you drive into an office you don’t want to be at, push a product you don’t believe in, and become more and more unfulfilled every day.  The first thing you’ll notice about us is our unique culture, super-fun Virtual office environment, and positive family spirit. This is a role that stimulates you, challenges you, fulfills you, and allows you to grow substantially if you’ve got what it takes.

2) WE HIRE CHARACTERS NOT POSITIONS. If you have what it takes as an individual – in other words, if you “crush it” in everything you do in life – then you’ll fit in well at our company. Young or old, just out of college, if you have what it takes, we’ll know! We find that the most successful individuals in this role have both their heads and their hearts in the right place.

3) HUGE OPPORTUNITY (for the right person). Once you’ve been fully integrated into the Team, we’re going to trust you with one of our company’s largest assets…our clients.  You’ll put your sales skills to the test with over the phone and in-person sales where you’ll quickly be closing deals.  You’ll also be mentored directly by top-producing sales experts…some of the best in the country.  This is a dream job for the right junior or aspiring salesperson.


1) This is a virtual position.  Since Covid hit our company operates 100% virtual. You are OK working Virtually, IE from your home office. My businesses currently operates in NY and NJ. We have teammates in NY, NJ, Texas, Maryland, Virginia and the Philippines. We meet each Morning on a  daily zoom huddle for 15 minutes, each Monday for a sales meeting and one on one each Tuesday, all virtually over zoom. 

We are looking to add  1 sales superstar to cover the NY territory including Queens Brooklyn and Long Island, and one in NJ . You will be working over  the phone and face to face at sellers homes. What matters to us is that you have the ability to be productive with minimal oversight.

2) HIGH ACHIEVER. You must be a high-achiever who is constantly striving to step up your game and get better in the field of Sales. This position is not for someone who wants a “cushy” sales job. If you’re this person, please stop reading now. Rather, we need someone who checks their ego at the door, is always open for mentorship and training, and who strives to be a GO-TO PERSON in the company. Our team is comprised of only A-Players and we only accept other A-Players to join the Family.

3) MUST ACT QUICKLY. The position is open now, but based on the unique opportunity, we don’t expect it to be for much longer.


  • Proven, junior sales experience or proven aptitude for sales 
  •  Self-starter 
  • Ability to hit the ground running, learn fast, and be adaptable 
  • Phenomenal on-the-phone and in-person communication skills
  • No fear of rejection (a confidence that you know what you’re doing is right) 
  • Persistence, persistence, persistence – tons of follow-up, not scared of making 80+ follow-up calls per day if that’s what your role requires
  • Incredibly organized and detail oriented
  • Effective and efficient use of computer (able to work well within our CRM system)
  • Amiable personality that is fun to work with and displays positive attitude/energy
  • Good email writing skills
  • Honest, RELIABLE, and loyal (doing exactly what you say you will)
  • You must be a great fit for our team. We’re down-to-earth, fun, and have a work-hard, play-hard mentality. Integrity and honesty are important character traits that you must have.
  • You must have a strong work ethic, high degree of initiative, and continual desire to succeed
Total compensation including base + commission is in the $70K-$150K++ range, depending on performance.
